Vic&Lambert
Vic&Lambert is the very first residential building to hold a LEED® Gold certification in Saint-Lambert, a certification that ensures sustainability, energy efficiency and the building's overall performance.
Offering a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River and downtown Montreal, the Vic&Lambert project is perfectly designed to adapt to the lifestyle of Lambert residents. The name of the project evokes the spirit in which it was created. "Vic" winks at Victoria Street and its art of living with its boutiques and restaurants, while "Lambert" recalls the attractions of the community where people appreciate, socialize and help each other.
While retaining the city’s heritage character, the building offers contemporary architecture incorporating abundant windows in order to take full advantage of the natural light.
The owners benefit from a rooftop terrace, a top-quality interior fittings, a gymnasium, two elevators, bicycle storage and electric car terminals.
The acoustic performance of the building has been optimized through all the construction materials. This results in significant energy savings and a healthier and more comfortable habitat.
