Working as a team, with and for the people in the field, here is what defines Annie. President of LSR GesDev, LS4, LSR Santé and Albert Immobilier, Annie is a businesswoman of mind, heart and action.
Coming from an entrepreneurial family in the real estate industry, Annie has a wealth of experience from over twenty years as a real estate development executive on the national and international level. Her primary strengths lie in the creation and management of complex real estate projects.
Strongly involved in several social causes, Annie sits on the board of directors of the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation and of the Cancer Research Society. She has contributed to numerous philanthropic projects such as the Maison de Rêves, the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation Winter Triathlon, the Serge Lemieux Challenge and the "Du Fond du Chœur" choir.
Annie received the Business and Entrepreneurship award from the Y des Femmes Foundation as well as the Excellence and Leadership award from Crew Montreal’s Gala of excellence.
Polytechnique alumni, she holds an ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program (DEP) certification from McGill University, and holds a D.E.S.S. in management from Sherbrooke University.
Lucie Laliberté, Ing.
VICE-PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION
Partner at LSR GesDev and engineer graduated from Polytechnique, Lucie has diverse and extensive experience in the development and management of large-scale residential projects.
She oversees operations through the various phases of project development. A born leader, she advocates collaborative work with her team and knows how to surround herself with strong partners.
Lucie built her career within the great family of Groupe LSR which she joined in 1997. Her career led her, among other things, to a brief stint in Houston, Texas, in order to join forces with the company's condo construction division in 2006.
Lucie demonstrates an important capacity for intervention in the implementation of real estate projects. A wise manager in her contacts with the various stakeholders, she is recognized for her sense of organization and planning. Lucie advocates collaborative work with her team and knows how to surround herself with partners of choice.
Lucie is also a member of the Board of Directors of Camp musical Père Lindsay.

The priority of the development team is to clearly identify the needs of each real estate project while respecting budgets and ensuring their profitability. Responsible for the deployment of all projects, this team is present from the development of the concept to the entire realization, including the profitability study and the constraints related to the projects, the feasibility study in collaboration with urban planning advisers, schedule management and partnerships with cities for the improvement of urban planning, obtaining permits as well as participation in architectural creation and design promoting productivity, efficiency and the well-being of the occupants.
In collaboration with our construction contractor partners, we execute complex projects based on proven methods, as well as meeting the highest technical requirements of the industry. We create added value for our clients and constantly push the boundaries in order to optimize the sustainability, energy efficiency and eco-responsibility of each of our projects.
The accounting and finance team oversees development, investment and financing activities. The team is involved in all stages of the various projects, from the profitability analysis and obtaining financing to the operation and/or disposal of the asset. They oversee the sound financial management of the various companies of which they act as a trustee, as well as of its real estate portfolio and private investments.They act in close collaboration with the various partners, both private and institutional, and ensure quality accountability in compliance with laws and regulations on tax and legal matters for the various entities under their responsibility.
This department ensures that all legal documents adequately protect the business. It ensures the rigorous and transparent process of recommendations from partner investors. Both at the negotiation and drafting level, this department provides legal insight into each project, transaction, contract and corporate organization, all to achieve a business project aligned with the organization's objectives.The team manages human resources for the proper functioning of the company.
Supported by the marketing and communications department, our sales and rental team has the mandate to promote and ensure the profitability of the invested assets. Present occasionally when it comes to the sale of housing units for a project, and in the long term when it comes to the rental of rental condos from the company's real estate portfolio, they ensure meeting the demands and needs of customers.
This department develops the organization's marketing and communication strategies aimed at promoting development and construction projects as well as the marketing of its latest projects, while ensuring the influence of the brand image. The team provides support to the sales and rental team, as well as to sister companies Albert Immobilier, LRS Santé and Groupe LS4.
Property management is provided by our sister company Albert Immobilier.
