Having worked in the family business for over 20 years, Annie Lemieux has gained a broad range of management experience in real estate development, both nationally and internationally. Her main strengths are in the creation and development of large-scale residential projects, including some valued to up toat $200 million and more. Known for her efficiency in assessing and solving operational and organizational problems, she has a proven track record in developing strategic alliances. Annie graduated from Polytechnique Montréal and completed the Directors Education Program at McGill University.
Lucie Laliberté is an engineer with extensive and diverse management experience in residential project development. Having worked at Groupe LSR for over 17 years, she consistently proves herself to be very resourceful when managing projects. Known for her organizational and planning skills, she rigorously oversees operations during the acquisition, design and construction phases. She also works with subcontractors and follows up with clients once projects are complete. An outstanding team player, Lucie is recognized by her peers as a highly capable and knowledgeable manager.
Julie Antaya joined the company in August 2015 as Director of Corporate Affairs and Administration. She brings a solid experience in corporate, legal and commercial law to the management team. With over 15 years of experience in this field, she ensures the legal and regulatory compliance of the corporate department. Julie acts as an advisor to the management team and oversees all legal aspects associated with current projects. In addition, she coordinates the mandates of external legal consultants. Extensive expertise in governance allows her to develop best practices within the company through the establishment of various committees and the implementation of rigorous internal processes that support management in decision making.
Chantal Clouâtre, CPA, CA, and a HEC graduate, joined the company in May 2016. She has held numerous roles throughout her career. Having worked in public accounting for many years (Deloitte, Clouâtre & Associate, CPA) as well as in private business as Corporate Controller and VP Finance (Simplex Equipment Rental, Produits de Plastique Copak and David Lord Ltd.), she is appreciated for her rigorous approach, integrity, sense of organization and ability to adapt to various situations. Involved in the community, she is on the board of directors of Renaissance Montreal, a non-profit organization. Her extensive knowledge and experience in management, tax and accounting, both in private and public practice, provide excellent support and complement to the existing management team.
